Principal Product Designer

Job Description

We’re looking for a Principal Product Designer to build the next generation of Huckleberry’s mobile product offerings. As a Principal Product Designer, you’ll lead and own design cycles that turn user insight into exceptional, intuitive experiences that delight and empower our users.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience, with a strong focus on mobile app design
• Track record of creating new products or experiences in emerging or undefined spaces
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility
• Demonstrated ability to use data and user feedback to inform, validate, and refine design decisions
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience partnering closely with engineers, product managers, and researchers to deliver impactful user experiences.
• Strong curiosity about new design trends, emerging technologies, and best-in-class experiences
• Strategic mindset with the ability to connect design solutions to business goals and metrics
• A portfolio that clearly demonstrates design thinking, decision-making process, and measurable impact on product outcomes
