Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience with data privacy or security systems (e.g., authentication , authorization, identity and access management, data security, public key infrastructure).
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with cloud application development or enterprise software.
- Experience with technical leadership managing teams.
- Experience with filtering and signature languages including SQL, Yara, YL2.
- Excellent written and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Understand the security landscape on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), keep Security Command Center (SCC) threats current with security standards, and ultimately help create a roadmap for detections based on industry movements. This includes log based detections, memory analysis detections, disk scanning detections, and network detections.
- Work with security contractors, other internal teams, or security professionals from around the company to put this picture together.
- Provide the option of managing other engineers as a TLM.
