Responsibilities

1. Manages the overall material projects
2. Able to identify the technical characteristics of each material to advise the appropriate materials for the right usage.
3. Manages and prepares the required submittals for client’s approval
4. Ensure all departments are aware of the approved materials and track the same.
5. Hand over approved materials to the project teams
6. Coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors
7. Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and suppliers

Skills

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Material Engineering or related field

Minimum 6 years experience with at least 2 projects valued at 40 million AED
