As a UI/UX Designer, you will spearhead the design of our digital interfaces, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and in line with the latest design trends. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform user insights into innovative solutions that enhance the user experience.

• Lead the design process from concept to final implementation.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Develop high-quality design solutions and functional prototypes.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
• Maintain and improve our design system and UI/UX standards.

Education & Experience Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Min. 2-4 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, design systems, basic front-end development, and team leadership.
• Familiarity with React/React Native UI implementations.

• Duty Hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm (including Lunch Break)
  Depending Upon Projects and timelines meeting, employees might be asked to stay for long. (No overtime)
  Roasters (day shift Or Night Shifts)
• Working days: Monday To Saturday (Sunday is off)
