Job Description :
As an Offplan Sales Consultant, your role will involve promoting and selling off-plan properties to prospective buyers. You will work closely with developers, investors, and buyers to understand their needs and ensure they have the best property investment options.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Promote and sell off-plan properties to investors and end-users.
2. Build relationships with developers and keep clients updated on project progress.
3. Guide clients through the off-plan sales process and assist in decision-making.
4. Attend property exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
5. Negotiate offers and close deals.
6. Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of off-plan projects.
