Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of furniture cleaning technicians, ensuring efficiency and quality service.
  • Provide training and guidance on furniture cleaning techniques, stain removal, and chemical usage.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
  • Identify various furniture fabrics and materials to determine the most effective cleaning method.
  • Supervise and perform deep cleaning, shampooing, stain removal, and nano coating applications.
  • Ensure proper handling and maintenance of delicate and high-value furniture.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to ensure high cleaning standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the correct usage of cleaning chemicals, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, equipment maintenance, and service reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding furniture cleaning services.
  • Address customer concerns, provide recommendations, and ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Support the business in improving cleaning processes and identifying areas for efficiency.
  • Travel to different locations using a valid driving license to supervise on-site cleaning operations.
  • Ensure proper transportation and availability of cleaning equipment and materials.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience: 5+ years of experience in furniture cleaning, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of furniture fabrics, stain removal techniques, and nano coating applications.
Skills & Competencies:
Leadership and team management skills.
Expertise in stain removal, furniture shampooing, and chemical usage.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance standards.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Valid driving license required for site visits and team supervision.
