Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Engineer with over 10 years of experience to oversee the construction activities and ensure the successful delivery of projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily construction activities, monitor site progress and report any discrepancies or delays.
2. Implement quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections and audits of construction work.
3. Ensure that all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations.
4. Investigate incidents and accidents on-site and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 10+ years of experience in site engineering, with a focus on construction projects in the UAE.
3. Professional certification (e.g., PMP, NEBOSH) is a plus.

Skills:

1. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) and tools.
2. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management principles.
3. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in the UAE.
