Zahrawi Group is a leading company in the GCC Healthcare Industry with its presence in UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, & Oman markets. The company supplies and distributes high-quality products and services to Hospitals, Clinics, Laboratories, & Analytical Industries.
Job Brief
The incumbent helps the sales representatives improve their productivity by supporting them with quotations and tenders. They also ensure that there is always a supply of inventory available for the sales team and accordingly order additional when needed.
Accountabilities:
- Adhere to all Zahrawi Policies & Procedures as applicable.
- Purchase Orders:
- Ensure accuracy of the customers’ LPOs and contact the concerned salesperson to resolve any discrepancies.
- Coordinate all pre-purchase order activities from the time the ORF is needed until the PO is issued.
- Ensure POs are issued immediately for all non-stock items for created sales orders.
- Report the current status of all pending/critical POs to the concerned Business Unit Manager and Procurement & Logistics Manager.
- Follow up on the progress of POs with vendors to confirm deliveries.
- Prepare Sales Orders in line with Zahrawi’s checklist.
- Ensure all FOC sales orders have the necessary approvals.
- Maintain a sales log for LWF orders and update it on Zahrawi’s ERP system upon receiving the LPO.
- Support the Sales team by providing various support services to maximize efficiency.
- Contact vendors to check availability, shipments, and related activities.
- Respond to vendors about order changes or cancellations.
- Investigate discrepancies and customer satisfaction issues with vendors and assist the Sales team in resolving them.
- Review vendor order confirmations for accuracy and compliance with conditions.
- Administrative Responsibilities:
- Identify and address problems to the team leader.
- Present information effectively and respond to colleagues’ questions.
- Provide support to team members/departments as needed to meet goals.
- Handle business correspondence properly and effectively.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- Candidate should be based in the UAE.
- Job Specific Skills: Procurement, Supply Chain, POs, LPOs.
