Project Manager (Sharjah, UAE) – Open to Foreigners

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of projects, from planning and organizing resources to ensuring successful completion within budget and timeline.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Allocate and manage resources, maintaining project budgets and schedules.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues.
• Communicate status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead both onsite and remote teams.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the IT/software industry.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale projects successfully.
• Excellent communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and risk anticipation.
• Leadership qualities to guide teams onsite and remotely.
