Are you a Project Manager or similar, with a background in Construction / Fit-Outs looking for a varied role where you will have the autonomy to oversee end-to-end Commercial projects with a varied client base primarily within both ABU DHABI & DUBAI in a role offering a bonus where you will work closely with the Directorship team?
Over the last 4 years, TAA has established itself as a leading contractor for Fit-Outs and Major Spray Painting Works. Our work covers various sectors, including residential properties and commercial properties collectively; nevertheless, due to the continued growth, we are looking to build our Project team.
This role would see you work primarily onsite as you are responsible for end-to-end project management, liaising with clients and overseeing on-site teams. You will undertake day-to-day visitation to our ongoing sites primarily locally in and around Dubai & Abu Dhabi, in addition to undertaking some occasional travel to meet with clients and subcontractors further around the UAE. This technical role would suit a Project Manager with a background in Fit-Out projects looking for a specialist role where you will undertake varied projects for a dynamic client base; thus, we would highly recommend an individual with his/her own car to move around.

The Role

• End-to-end Project Management.
• Work closely with clients and on-site teams on Fit-Out Projects.
• Liaising with the Director and other members of the senior leadership team.
• Mon-Fri, occasional overtime, nationwide travel.

The Person

• Project Manager or similar.
• Background working on Fit-Outs.
• Commutable to Dubai – willing to undertake some travel nationwide if required.
