• BE in Civil Engineer with minimum 10yrs. of experience in Cement Concrete Ready Mix / Aggregate production companies in UAE or other GCC companies.
• Having good knowledge in preparation of Project quality manual; design of high strength and high performance mixes.
• Design optimization of plant layout to meet high performance mixes and meeting high productivity;
• Design and production of NPDCs, Ultra High strength concrete ranging from 60 to 100 MPa, meeting requirements of high strength, temperature, durability requirements design forE- Values etc.
• Establishing laboratory facilities & practices to fulfill test requirements & train laboratory Technician to meet project Quality Plan’
• Managing Customer communication for technical and Commercial submittals
• Society of Engineer’s membership in SOE, Dubai and Dubai Municipality approved civil engineers are preferable
