Job Brief

The incumbent helps the sales representatives improve their productivity by supporting them with any task related to administrative duties.

Accountabilities

  • Adhere to all Zahrawi Policies & Procedures as applicable.

LPO

  • Circulating LPOs and contracts via e-mail to the concerned Salesperson.
  • Forwarding email to the concerned department coordinator for updating product delivery schedule.
  • Maintain Database of LPOs & Contract Copies and other documentation files in the company shared drive for easy and quick references.
  • Coordinating with Sales Coordinator and sales staff for LPO.
  • Support and assist fellow team members/departments, as and when needed to meet company/department goals.
  • Effectively present information and respond to questions from colleagues.
  • Identify problems and address them to the team leader.
  • Respond to any inquiries regarding the department and tasks.
  • Prepare sales order checklist.

Documentation

  • Ensure all FOC sales orders must have Sales Supervisor/Division Managers approvals.

Database

Maintain database of quotations/tenders/other documentation files in the company shared drive for easy and quick references.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1 year as applicable.
