Base pay range

6,000 – 12,000 AED

Responsibilities

• Video Production & Editing: Plan and produce video content including product promos, interviews, social media clips, and event coverage; set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for shoots; edit footage with precision using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro; maintain consistent quality and brand tone across all video content
• On-Camera Presentation: Confidently appear in videos as a presenter, host, or spokesperson; deliver clear, engaging dialogue to camera based on scripts or talking points; collaborate with content creators and marketing team to refine messaging and style; participate in content brainstorming to help shape narratives
• Collaboration & Content Strategy: Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to align video content with campaigns; stay updated on video trends to suggest creative formats and styles; manage project timelines and deliverables with speed and flexibility; contribute to team discussions on visual branding and storytelling

Requirements / Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in videography, video editing, or digital content creation
• Proficiency in using Adobe Suite editing tools
• Strong on-camera presence and clear communication skills
• Knowledge of lighting setups, audio capture, and video formats
• Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling and composition
• Fluent in English
• Experience producing content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)

Work Arrangement

• Type: Full-time, on-site position
