The Studio Operator assists in setting up, operating, and managing studio equipment during photoshoots, video productions, and live events, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate lighting, cameras, and other equipment for studio shoots.
- Assist the creative team with camera angles, shot composition, and lighting adjustments.
- Monitor equipment during shoots to ensure high-quality output and troubleshoot any technical issues.
- Maintain and organize studio equipment, ensuring it is properly stored and functioning.
- Assist with setting up props, backgrounds, and other necessary elements for shoots.
- Keep the studio space clean and organized, adhering to safety standards.
- Support post-production by organizing and transferring files to the appropriate teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- Qualifications: Diploma or certification in Media Production, Film, or related field; 3+ years of experience in studio operations or production assistance.
- Skills: Familiarity with studio equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio systems; basic technical troubleshooting skills; strong organizational abilities and ability to work under time constraints; knowledge of production techniques and an understanding of visual composition.
