The Studio Operator assists in setting up, operating, and managing studio equipment during photoshoots, video productions, and live events, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

1. Set up and operate lighting, cameras, and other equipment for studio shoots.
2. Assist the creative team with camera angles, shot composition, and lighting adjustments.
3. Monitor equipment during shoots to ensure high-quality output and troubleshoot any technical issues.
4. Maintain and organize studio equipment, ensuring it is properly stored and functioning.
5. Assist with setting up props, backgrounds, and other necessary elements for shoots.
6. Keep the studio space clean and organized, adhering to safety standards.
7. Support post-production by organizing and transferring files to the appropriate teams.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Qualifications: Diploma or certification in Media Production, Film, or related field; 3+ years of experience in studio operations or production assistance.
2. Skills: Familiarity with studio equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio systems; basic technical troubleshooting skills; strong organizational abilities and ability to work under time constraints; knowledge of production techniques and an understanding of visual composition.
3. Attributes: Technically skilled, detail-oriented, adaptable, and supportive.
