Position: Consultant IVF – Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced IVF consultant to join our client’s team in Saudi Arabia. As a leader in healthcare and medical solutions, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care and treatment to our patients. As a Consultant IVF, you will play a crucial role in the development and management of our in vitro fertilization (IVF) program, ensuring excellent patient outcomes and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the IVF program including patient consultations, evaluations, treatment planning, and procedures
• Provide expert medical care and treatment to patients undergoing IVF treatment, including egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and other related procedures
• Advise and consult with patients on the best treatment options based on their individual needs and medical history
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including embryologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and collaborate with external partners to expand and enhance the IVF program
• Stay current on advancements and developments in IVF technology and procedures, and implement best practices to improve patient outcomes
• Train and mentor junior staff members in IVF techniques and procedures
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and ensure proper documentation of patient information and procedures
• Engage in quality improvement activities to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the IVF program

Qualifications

• Medical degree and valid license to practice in Saudi Arabia
• Completion of residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology with a sub-specialty in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant IVF
• Proven track record of success in managing and overseeing an IVF program
• Deep understanding and knowledge of IVF techniques, procedures, and equipment
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and provide quality patient care
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with local and international guidelines and regulations related to IVF
