  4. Customer Retention: Implement customer engagement strategies to enhance retention rates, customer lifetime value, and reduce customer acquisition costs.
  5. New Market Penetration: Expand business in new countries and open new retail outlets.
  6. Digital and Social: Define strategies to promote company products, services, ideas, or brands in the target market through various channels.
