Role Overview

IT Business Analyst for Customer Relationship Management specializing in the Automotive Industry:

• Support the implementation of CRM solutions tailored to optimize automotive sales and after-sales processes, resulting in streamlined operations.

Leverage strong project management skills to oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, from requirements gathering to implementation, delivering solutions on time and within budget.

• Lead cross-functional teams in executing digital initiatives to enhance customer engagement and boost sales within the automotive sector.
• Play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing IT infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive business elicitation sessions to identify key requirements and develop IT solutions addressing critical needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels, including senior management, department heads, and external vendors, to align IT initiatives with business strategies.
