Developer Sales Consultants deal with off plan property purchases and adhere to the company’s policies and goals.

Job Role:

Common tasks involved and typical work activities tend to include:

  1. Collecting information about off plan properties and new developments and arranging for the appropriate marketing material to be created.
  2. Keeping up to date with the rules, regulations and current pricing yields (price per square foot or metre etc) within Dubai.
  3. Confident and clear communication with sellers, buyers and tenants as well as banks and other financial institutions.
  4. Creating and attending off plan property valuations.
  5. Creating and attending off plan property viewings.
  6. Negotiation with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing through to offer stage.
  7. Regular care calls to all clients following up after each viewing.
  8. Keeping up to date with market trends in the local developer property market.

About You:

  • Off plan, Commercial or Residential real estate sales and or rental experience in the UAE and UK preferably. RERA certified (We will assist with this if you do not have this).
  • Positive and hard working attitude.
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English.
  • Fluency in second language advantageous.
  • Presentable, professional and honest.
  • Smart business dress is required at all times.
  • Our team are expected to act professionally and adhere to high company standards. You should be punctual and contribute to the development of the company.
  • An excellent work ethic, strong interpersonal skills and a supportive team player.
  • UAE driving license and own vehicle (we can arrange a hire car or company vehicle at your expense).
