Operational Technology (OT) (Assistant Managers)

Profile

• Experience: 5+ to 8 years in OT security with a cyber security background
• Language: English is mandatory, Arabic is preferable
• Certifications: ISA62443 L1/L2, SANS GICSP

Skills

• Strong execution skills
• Technical and process knowledge of OT/ICS and IoT architecture
• Proficient in technical report writing, presentation, and communication skills

Experience

• Proven client management experience with deep technical expertise in OT security platforms
• Experience with leading RFPs, proposals, and business development, preferably with Big-4 or top-tier consulting firms

Technical Expertise

• Knowledge of OT standards (IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, etc.)
• Experience with OT security solutions like Nozomi, Clarity
• Hands-on experience with OT system integration and security transformation programs
• Knowledge of OT protocols (Modbus, TCP, HART)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects
• Expand cyber defense security business and team
• Participate in business development activities
• Travel as needed
