Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
3. Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Zoho Books).
4. Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, VAT, and corporate tax regulations.
5. Experience in payroll processing and WPS compliance.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
8. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Skill Set:

1. Professional certification such as CA, ACCA, or CPA is a plus.
2. Experience working in the security services industry is an advantage.
3. Knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
