Client: Quantitative digital asset firm seeks proactive Python developer for AI-driven process transformation and automation. Max 8 years’ experience.

Client is a quantitative digital asset management firm

Design a framework for agentic transformation to revolutionize operations, tackle high-impact problems, and develop groundbreaking systems in an environment valuing creativity and initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and deploy automation tools to optimize workflows.
2. Develop frameworks integrating AI and agents for process transformation.
3. Implement LLMs and AI agents to reduce manual tasks and enhance decision-making.
4. Collaborate with traders, engineers, and analysts to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
5. Continuously refine systems for peak performance.
6. Stay updated with the latest AI and automation technologies.

Who You Are:

1. Total career exp: 8 yrs max
2. Experience: 3+ years in Python development.
3. Mindset: Proactive builder with problem-solving skills, high personal agency, and passion for innovation. Hackathon experience is a plus!

Technical Skills:

1. Proficient in Python for building scalable systems.
2. Bonus: Familiarity with Rust, SQL, ClickHouse, Kafka, or pub-sub messaging.
3. Advantageous: Experience with Aider, Cursor, Windsurf, or DSPy.
4. Plus: Knowledge of LLM querying or agent swarm mechanisms.
5. Highly desirable: Hands-on experience with Airflow, Prefect, or Mage.ai for pipelining and scheduling.
6. Strong math background advantageous for solving complex problems.
