Role Description

We are seeking a Project Sales Specialist (Outdoor) to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role, focused on high-end project sales in luxury building materials. You will work closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers to provide bespoke solutions and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage clients, consultants, contractors, and developers to understand project requirements and deliver tailored presentations on our product offerings.
• Build a robust network within the design and construction industry to specify Casamia products for luxury projects.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches to provide insights to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Proven sales experience in luxury building materials such as sanitaryware, tiles, kitchens, furniture, wardrobes, lighting, or other high-end finishes .
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with project sales processes, including specifying products for architects, consultants, and contractors.
• Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is a must.
• Skills: Proficiency in sales and project management, with exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Passion: A strong interest in design and luxury products, with an ability to convey their value to clients.
