Role Overview: We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Holiday Homes Administrator to manage the administrative tasks associated with running a Holiday Homes company.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee administrative tasks, including permits, licenses, and compliance with local regulations.
  2. Maintain property records and ensure documentation is up to date.
  3. Assist in coordinating with external vendors and service providers.
  4. Support the operations team with scheduling and reporting.

Requirements:

  1. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  3. Knowledge of holiday home regulations in the UAE is preferred.
