Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience : 5+ years in technical leadership roles, with 5+ years in finance digitization or related fields.
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in Loan Origination System (LOS), Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Communication : Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
