As a CTRM Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful implementation of Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM) systems.
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Execute project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
CTRM System Implementation:
- Work closely with technical teams to configure and customize solution to meet specific client needs.
- Ensure smooth integration of CTRM systems with existing infrastructure and applications.
- Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and expectations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and end-users, to facilitate effective communication and project success.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement robust testing processes to validate the functionality and performance of CTRM systems.
- Conduct thorough system testing, identify and resolve defects, and ensure a seamless user experience.
Training and Support:
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on CTRM applications.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation, addressing issues and optimizing system performance.
