BlackStone eIT is seeking a highly skilled Sitecore Lead to join our innovative team. As the Sitecore Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of Sitecore solutions, driving best practices, and leading a team of developers to create exceptional digital experiences for our clients. This role requires a strong background in Sitecore development, a deep understanding of content management systems, and leadership abilities to guide teams through complex projects.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Sitecore projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives
  • Manage and mentor a team of Sitecore developers, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables
  • Architect solutions based on Sitecore best practices and ensure scalability and performance
  • Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to maintain high-quality standards
  • Stay updated on Sitecore features and updates, mentoring the team on new functionalities
  • Guide clients on best practices for content management and digital strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in Sitecore development and implementation
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and mentoring technical teams
  • Strong expertise in Sitecore CMS, including modules, customizations, and integrations
  • Proficient in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET MVC, and WCF
  • Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is preferred
  • Sitecore certification is a plus
