Profile

• Diploma holder in business administration, sales, customer service or related fields
• 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service or similar roles
• Good English language skills (speaking, reading, writing)
• Well groomed, confident, with strong communication skills
• Strong selling skills & customer orientation

Responsibilities

1. Display enthusiasm and provide superior customer service
2. Understand customer needs and queries about products, prices, and services
3. Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs
4. Achieve sales targets and focus on increasing sales using advanced sales techniques
5. Focus on up-selling and cross-selling
6. Maintain customer relationships to build long-term brand loyalty
7. Handle new launches, promote products, and manage visual merchandising
8. Ensure stock replenishment at all times
9. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene standards, and visual displays
10. Implement CRM at the store level and provide relevant feedback
11. Coordinate with the customer care center for after-sales service
12. Generate daily sales reports
13. Follow all company procedures in ordering, cash handling, and other practices
