Are you a skilled and passionate swimming teacher who thrives in a personalised teaching environment? Hamilton Aquatics Swimming and Training in Dubai is currently seeking a Private Lessons Swimming Teacher to deliver high-quality, one-on-one swimming instruction at clients’ homes across Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

As a Private Lessons Swimming Teacher, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting swimmers of all ages and abilities by tailoring each session to meet their individual needs. This role is ideal for someone who values flexibility, enjoys working independently, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Job Purpose:

To deliver private swimming lessons at customers’ homes following Hamilton Aquatics’ scheme of work.

Key Objectives:

1. Adhere to all company policies and uphold the Hamilton Aquatics Company Values.
2. Deliver lessons in line with the Hamilton Aquatics philosophy and Learn to Swim criteria.
3. Effectively manage communication with clients and maintain a high level of customer service with the primary focus on customer satisfaction to aid in client retention.
4. Organize and schedule private lessons, including catch-up sessions and level assessments, under the guidance of the Site Lead.
5. Update clients on swimmers’ attendance, progress, and any necessary class changes.
6. Assist in marketing activities as outlined by the Site Lead.
7. Represent Hamilton Aquatics in a professional and positive manner at all times, adhering to the company values.
8. Travel from site to site as per the requirement of the business.

Desired Qualifications:

1. Swim England Level 1 and 2 Teaching Aquatics or STA qualifications
2. Experience of RLSS or NRASTC lifesaving qualifications

Desired Experience:

1. Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience delivering lessons to a range of abilities
2. Proven experience in a related field with administration

Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills:

1. High-level IT skills, including use of a CRM system
2. Customer service and relationship management skills
3. Ability to maintain confidentiality
4. Confidence and ability to develop relationships
5. Problem-solving and conflict resolution
