Senior Real Estate Consultant – Secondary Market (Dubai)

Kredium is an international real estate and mortgage brokerage with teams across the UAE, Serbia, and the US. We’re looking for a driven Real Estate Consultant to join our Dubai team, specializing in the secondary market (Resale & Leasing).

This is a chance to work with international clients, access strong marketing support, and grow in a modern, tech-enabled brokerage environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Source and list resale properties across Dubai’s secondary market
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
• Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and manage transactions end-to-end
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Stay up to date with RERA regulations and Dubai property laws

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Secondary Market
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Results-driven, proactive, and client-focused
• UAE driving license (preferred)
