Overview:

The Site Engineer will oversee and manage all on-site activities related to steel fabrication and erection, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage all steel fabrication activities on site, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project specifications.
2. Interpret and analyze construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation.
3. Coordinate with design engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
4. Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and alignment with industry standards.
5. Plan and execute steel erection works, including site preparation and layout.
6. Manage resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in steel fabrication or structural steel engineering.
3. Proven experience in supervising on-site steel erection and fabrication works.
4. Familiarity with UAE construction codes and safety regulations.
5. Strong technical skills, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Tekla, or similar design software.
