The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of solar energy systems and a drive to build long-lasting client relationships in the renewable energy space.

Key Responsibilities of Sales Engineer – Solar & Power Sector

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the solar and power sector.
Conduct site assessments and technical evaluations to propose tailored solar solutions.
Prepare and deliver detailed sales proposals, technical presentations, and system cost estimates.
Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth handover and execution.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide post-sale support as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape in the UAE market.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualification Required for Sales Engineer – Solar & Power Sector

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy).
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales, preferably within the solar, energy, or power sectors.
Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems and energy solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
UAE driving license is a plus.
