We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled L1 NOC Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, security, and optimal performance of our clients’ IT infrastructure. As the first point of contact in the Network Operations Center (NOC), the L1 Engineer will monitor systems, respond to incidents, and escalate issues as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong IT foundation who is eager to grow within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities of L1NOC Engineer

Manage Connectivity, Broadband, L2/ L3 VPN, MPLS
Hands-on with Cisco, SDWAN, Huawei, H3C
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs
Tools: SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, ServiceNow, Jira
Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls

Qualification Required for L1NOC Engineer

2–5 years in network operations or IT support
Preferred: CCNA, CompTIA Network+, ITIL, cloud monitoring (AWS/Azure)
Willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts
