About the Role

The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a fixed-term program designed for early-career talent to dive deep into the Web3 space . Participants will gain hands-on experience at Binance, one of the leading companies in the blockchain industry, with a focus on digital marketing strategies , campaign operations , and optimizing user experiences.

The program also provides opportunities for networking and skill development to help advance your career in the rapidly growing cryptocurrency sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support digital marketing strategies related to user activities, promotions, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to help set up and execute marketing campaigns.
• Analyze campaign data to extract insights for campaign optimization.
• Quality assurance (QA) of active campaigns to ensure they meet internal guidelines and best practices.
• Engage with teams across Binance to improve user experiences by addressing friction points in the customer journey.
• Propose solutions to streamline the user experience.

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate in Business Majors .
• Fluent in English , with additional languages as a plus.
• Passion for crypto and blockchain technologies.
• Preferably some experience in digital marketing (strategy, lifecycle, etc.).
• Prior experience with marketing automation/CRM tools such as Braze , Salesforce Marketing Cloud , or Hubspot is a bonus.
