Job Responsibilities

• Ensuring AV hardware and software are prepared to meet organizational needs
• Providing plans and advice for live audio and video events
• Managing production incidents and BAU requirements, and communicating with the business
• Raising AV orders and change requests
• Maintaining, troubleshooting, and solving hardware and software issues
• Updating AV documentation such as user guides
• Coordinating with service providers for incident reporting and circuit orders
• Managing small to medium AV projects

Required Skills

• Expertise with audio/video endpoints (e.g., Zoom, Cisco)
• Experience with audio/video infrastructure (e.g., Cisco Call Manager)
• Technical understanding of AV technologies and IT systems
• Awareness of current trends, hardware, and features in AV equipment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to understand and respond to business stakeholders

Certificates

Voice/video certificates (e.g., CCNA/CCNP Collaboration) are recommended.
