We are recruiting an experienced, calm, and inclusive female Barre Instructor to join a premium ladies’ boutique studio in sunny Abu Dhabi! The candidate will lead dynamic, music-driven classes with proper choreography. The ideal candidate has a background in fitness or dance, strong cueing abilities, and a passion for helping clients reach their goals in a fun, supportive environment.

The Package:

1. A basic salary (between 7,000 – 9,000 AED depending on qualifications and experience)

Requirements:

• Barre certification
• Additional Pilates certifications are advantageous
• Minimum of 2 years experience instructing Barre
• Experience dealing with a high caliber of clients in a boutique studio
• Fluent English speaking
• Other languages are advantageous
• Excellent communication skills
• Works well in a team
• Respectful, reliable, and professional
• Calm, positive, enthusiastic, and inclusive

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Teach choreographed barre classes synced to music, offering modifications for all levels
• Create engaging playlists and well-structured class flows
• Ensure a safe, welcoming studio environment
• Arrive on time, set up equipment, and maintain cleanliness
• Build client relationships and support studio events and retention efforts
