One of the largest retail conglomerates, managing a diverse portfolio of leading watch, jewellery and accessory brands across the Middle East.
- Manage a portfolio of global watch brands, overseeing full brand lifecycle from planning to execution across retail and e-commerce channels
- Serve as the key liaison with brand principals, aligning on product strategy, launches, marketing, and training initiatives
- Analyze global and regional market trends to develop competitive strategies and act as the subject matter expert for the watch category
- Forecast sales, manage budgets, monitor purchases, and ensure pricing consistency across markets
- Oversee product selection, OTB management, inventory control, and liquidation of slow movers to optimize brand performance
- Ensure best-in-class brand presentation in-store through planograms, merchandising, and regular retail audits
- Develop e-commerce strategies and work with travel retail teams to unlock new growth opportunities and elevate brand presence
- 10-12 years of experience in brand management, buying or planning within retail-ideally in watches or related sectors like fashion, FMCG, consumer goods or electronics
- Proven track record managing large-scale brand portfolios and operational processes
- Commercially driven, proactive and entrepreneurial in mindset with a focus on delivering results
- Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Agile and trend-aware with a strong grasp of evolving consumer preferences and market dynamics
- Analytical and insights-led with the ability to interpret data to drive brand strategy and performance
