Join to apply for the Lead Auditor-IT Audit (UAE national) role at Dicetek LLC .

Lead and manage the audit execution of individual audits and provide guidance to team members. Assist in implementing the IA department strategies and audit plan focused on IT support functions, including HR, Finance, Compliance, Risk Management, Treasury, etc., with the aim to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of:

  • Internal Controls
  • Risk Management
  • Compliance
  • Corporate Governance
  • Systems and processes created by Business Units and support functions

Ensure conformance with CBUAE regulations and IIA standards.

Basic Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Legal, Management, or IT-related fields.
  • Proven knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, laws, rules, regulations, and best practices.
  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA); CPA or equivalent preferred.
  • Languages: English required; Arabic preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 8 years in Banking and Finance, with at least 5 years managing audit engagements.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, and databases.

  • Project management and negotiation skills.
