Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead end-to-end growth strategies that focus on user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
- Drive key metrics such as CAC, LTV, churn, and conversion across the entire customer lifecycle.
- Design and implement A/B testing for campaign performance optimization.
- Execute outbound calendar of communications across 5 different business verticals.
Growth Strategy & Execution
- Design and lead end-to-end growth strategies that focus on user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
- Drive key metrics such as CAC, LTV, churn, and conversion across the entire customer lifecycle.
- Design and implement A/B testing for campaign performance optimization.
- Execute outbound calendar of communications across 5 different business verticals.
CRM, Automation & Campaign Management
- Own the CRM and marketing automation stack — from setup to optimization.
- Build, manage, and optimize automated customer journeys via email, WhatsApp, push notifications, and SMS.
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to trigger user flows based on behavior and transaction signals.
Segmentation & Personalization
- Segment users based on behavior, demographics, usage patterns, and lifecycle stages.
- Personalize communication and offers to maximize engagement and retention.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Track and report on campaign performance and funnel metrics; uncover insights and propose actionable recommendations.
- Create dashboards and use tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, HubSpot, or similar to monitor KPIs.
- Coordinate with Data & Product teams to improve attribution and cohort tracking models.
Requirements
Must-Have
- 4-6 years of experience in a growth or CRM automation role — ideally within a FinTech, SaaS, or high-growth digital business.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Moengage, Salesforce, Gushup or Braze.
- Strong understanding of user segmentation, lifecycle marketing, drip campaigns, and engagement funnels.
- Proven experience building automated flows and A/B testing campaigns for email and WhatsApp.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from campaign and product data.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Bonus Points
- Previous experience working in the MENA region or scaling products across emerging markets.
- Exposure to marketing APIs, webhook integrations, or no-code automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Integromat).
- Familiarity with SQL or basic querying for custom reporting.
