Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Zoho Developer to design, develop, customize and maintain applications across the Zoho suite. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient Zoho-based solutions. This role involves automation, third-party integrations, ongoing support and thorough documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator and the Zoho One suite.
  • Deluge Scripting: Strong proficiency in Deluge for workflows, custom function and automation.
  • API & Integration: In-depth knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhooks and integrating Zoho with third-party platforms.
  • Zoho Apps Expertise: Hands‑on experience with Zoho apps such as CRM, Creator, Flow, Desk, Analytics, Books, People and Projects. Knowledge of Widgets and client-side scripting is a plus.
  • Reporting & BI: Strong experience with Zoho Analytics, including advanced dashboards and business intelligence tools.
  • Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; capable of interfacing with both technical and non-technical users.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline (preferred).
