IT L1 and L2 Support Engineer

Pact Employment is looking for an IT L1/L2 Support Engineer based in Dubai or Sharjah. The position offers a salary of up to AED 5,000.

Requirements

Minimum of two years of experience in IT support with practical, hands-on skills.

Key Skills and Responsibilities

  • Level 1 and 2 support tasks
  • Windows Server administration
  • Active Directory, group policies
  • DHCP and DNS
  • VMware and virtualization
  • Backups and endpoint security
  • Windows 10/11 support
  • Hardware troubleshooting for servers, laptops, desktops
  • Wi-Fi and printer issues
  • Basic networking and firewall knowledge
  • Office 365, including Outlook support

Experience gained anywhere is acceptable; location of previous work does not matter.
