Responsibilities

• Should have a solid background of 7-10 years working with Oracle Fusion Payroll.
• Should have been involved in at least 2 projects related to implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion Payroll specifically tailored to comply with UAE legislation.
• Proficiency in configuring Oracle Fusion Payroll & developing Fast Formulas for payroll calculations is essential.
• Good to have Experience in Absence Management & Global HCM
• The candidate should demonstrate the ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks concurrently, adhere to project schedules, and prioritize delivering exceptional client service.
• Proficiency in documenting various aspects of the project/ support including requirements, workflows, data requirements, and technical documents is required.
• Ability to lead functional and technical design workshops related to Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll configuration.
