Overview
Finacle Application Support Specialist role at Dicetek LLC.
Responsibilities
- Provide production support for Finacle applications, including issue resolution and incident management within the ITIL framework.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application problems across environments; perform configuration and maintenance tasks.
- Monitor application performance and perform tuning and optimization as needed.
- Handle interface-related issues and collaborate with middleware systems such as TIBCO, Open API, and microservices.
- Resolve tickets with quality, within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Proactive monitoring and incident analysis to prevent outages and minimize downtime.
- Contribute to workflow maintenance and configuration as required.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant technical position in large organizations.
- Banking background.
- Functional knowledge of Finacle Application (version 10x or above).
- Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux commands.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience in handling interface-related issues and familiarity with middleware systems (TIBCO, Open API, microservices).
- Experience in application production support within the ITIL framework.
- Application troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance.
- Application performance tuning and optimization.
- Resolution of tickets with quality and within SLA.
- Proactive monitoring and incidents analysis.
