Backend Developer – Java Spring Boot Microservices with AWS + GitHub

We have an urgent requirement for a Software Engineer (Backend Development) specializing in Java Spring Boot Microservices with AWS and GitHub for a banking client in Dubai, UAE.

Note: Strong experience in Java Spring Boot Microservices is required to apply for this role. Strong AWS cloud-native development and deployment experience is required. Strong GitHub repository management, GitHub Actions, and advanced GitHub security experience is required. Banking domain experience is a must.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in Java Spring Boot Microservices.
• Strong AWS cloud-native development and deployment experience, including IAM authentication integration, Lambda, EKS, SNS, Secrets Manager, and ElastiCache.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub repository management, GitHub Actions, and advanced GitHub security.
• Experience with NoSQL databases.
• JUnit, Design Patterns, Hibernate, Kafka integration, AI-integrated development, application security (authentication, authorization, encryption, session management), DevOps tools and technologies, agile practices.

Job Description

• Analyze requirements and formalize the technical approach for the implementation.
• Test-driven development and implementation of middleware/REST services.
• Maximize code coverage through JUnit tests.
• Address penetration testing scenarios.
• Release bug-free applications by ensuring high code quality in all aspects.
