For our office in Dubai, we are looking for a BIM Modeler – Geotechnical – 100% (m/f).

Responsibilities

• Support design engineers from concept stage to detailed design stage.
• Develop and manage 3D BIM models for geotechnical works in line with project requirements.
• Ensure accurate geological plans, profiles, and cross-sections.
• Collaborate with engineers and other disciplines to integrate geotechnical models into wider infrastructure designs.
• Prepare and update drawings, layouts, and documentation in compliance with project standards.
• Conduct quality checks on models and drawings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Support project coordination activities including quantity take-offs, clash detection, and revisions.
• Maintain compliance with BIM execution plans, company standards, and data accuracy.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler or Drafter, preferably in geotechnical design.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools relevant to infrastructure design.
• Familiarity with geological plans and profiles; geotechnical reports is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
