Job Summary

Barbacks are an essential part of the service team within the Beach Club. The barback works closely with the bar team, is knowledgeable about beverage products, and maintains a clean, well-stocked, and inviting bar area. You are expected to be attentive, responsive, and available throughout the day, ensuring the bar area is clean, well-presented, and professional while collaborating with bar staff.

Qualifications

• A few years of experience working as a bar back in a luxury hotel or resort
• Excellent communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure in busy operations
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Driven, dynamic, and energetic
