Industry: Asset Management & Financial Services (Fast-growing Multinational Startup)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Executive to join our client’s team in Dubai. The role is ideal for a candidate who has hands-on HR experience in the UAE and is eager to contribute to building a professional HR setup while supporting the growth of a fast-growing multinational startup in the asset management and financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and related documentation.
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases with accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Laws and internal HR policies.
  • Liaise with the PRO for visa processing and other government requirements.
  • Employee Engagement & Communication: Support internal communication initiatives and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and coordinating performance review processes.
  • Payroll & Leave Management: Handle leave management, employee attendance tracking, and basic payroll coordination.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR documents.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE (Dubai experience preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be on a spouse visa.
