YAZ Media is on the hunt for a results-driven Ads Manager with deep expertise in performance marketing to lead and manage high-impact ad campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients. This is a key role in our growth team, where strategic thinking meets executional excellence. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute full-funnel advertising strategies that drive results from awareness to conversion.
  • Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and more).
  • Manage and scale ad budgets exceeding USD 20,000/month, across multiple accounts and platforms.
  • Implement tracking solutions using tools like Google Tag Manager, GA4, and tracking pixels to ensure accurate measurement.
  • Conduct in-depth funnel and performance analysis, identifying bottlenecks and recommending actionable improvements.
  • Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Google Sheets, delivering clear performance insights to clients.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, content, and account teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.
  • Stay ahead of evolving privacy regulations, platform updates, and ad tech innovations to maintain campaign performance and compliance.
  • Communicate directly with clients to set expectations, present insights, and deliver strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
  • Agency background is preferred – you know how to juggle multiple clients and deliver under pressure.
  • Proven experience in the GCC market – understanding regional nuances and audience behaviors is key.
  • Successful track record managing both B2C and B2B campaigns.
  • Proficiency across platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads.
  • Strong grasp of upper- and lower-funnel marketing, with experience in app and website campaigns.
  • Expertise in e-commerce and lead generation strategies.
  • Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, and analytics (Google Tag Manager, GA4, pixel implementation).
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets for reporting, formulas, and dashboard creation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for clients.
  • Knowledge of programmatic platforms like Criteo or DV360 is a plus.
