A Dubai based international shipping vessel agency servicing Africa and Europe

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations within the team – order processing, inventory tracking, shipping documentation (e.g., bills of lading, ASNs, pick slips)
• Utilize shipping/ERP software to monitor, track, and optimize shipping workflows
• Negotiate with carriers, freight forwarders, and manage cost-effective shipping rates
• Manage, train, and supervise department staff; foster efficient workflows and collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, purchasing, customs) to streamline order flow and resolve issues

Qualifications

• Open to Male, European & CIS Nationalities, 40 years old and below
• Must have 3 years’ experience as Operations Manager in UAE
