• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the paints division across key markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and project stakeholders to expand market share.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market analysis, track competitor activities, and provide management with regular sales forecasts and performance reports.

Qualifications:

• Open to Arabic nationalities, Male, 38 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketingor in any relevant field
• At least 4years sales management experience in the paints industry with strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with deep market knowledge in paints and coatings
• Valid UAE Driving License and own car are added advantage
