Job Title: Civil Engineer – Fit-out & Maintenance

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Civil Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in fit-out projects and maintenance management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the planning, design, and execution of interior fit-out projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards.
2. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to improve the longevity and performance of building systems and infrastructure.
3. Ensure all project milestones and deliverables are achieved on time and within the approved budget.
4. Prepare detailed project reports for clients and senior management, documenting progress, challenges, and achievements.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. Experience: 5-8 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically within fit-out and maintenance projects.
3. Licensing: Professional certification or membership (Chartered Engineer, PMP, or equivalent) is preferred.
